Brisbane City Council rejuvenated the former Milton Tennis Centre and Milton Bowl site into a 3.5 hectare inner city parkland. The site is located between Frew Street and Milton Road, Milton.

Frew Park was completed in 2014 and includes the Roy Emerson Tennis Centre, The Arena play space, Wendy Turnbull Green, picnic areas and more.

Kalinga Park

Driving through the gates of heritage-listed Kalinga Park, north of Brisbane, you are instantly surrounded by a multitude of well-established trees, plenty of green open spaces and a playground which is guaranteed to entertain the children for hours. The timber forts, which resemble trees houses, are adorned with many opportunities to climb (think nets, poles, bars, ladders, steps and climbing wall).
