Alleged iPhone 11 Molds Show Of Triple Camera Setup
One of the rumored features of Apple’s 2019 iPhones is that they are expected to see an improvement on the camera front. By that we mean that there have been reports claiming that Apple could be adding a third camera to the rear camera setup, and now thanks to new photos, it seems to be lending credence to the rumors.
The photos were originally posted on Weibo and shared on Slashleaks where it shows off the production molds that will be used to help produce the 2019 iPhones. We have seen some renders in the past where it shows how the triple camera setup could be designed, but these molds are suggesting that it will be different.
The molds also show off two versions of the iPhone, which are presumably the regular version and the Max version. At the moment it is unclear as to what the naming scheme of the iPhones will be, especially since iPhone XI and XI Max doesn’t particularly roll off the tongue. In any case it’s probably best to take it with a grain of salt for now, especially since it’s not that hard to fake images these days.
However, we wouldn’t be surprised if Apple were indeed to launch a triple camera iPhone. Triple cameras are starting to feel like the new standard for flagships and Apple would definitely not want to be left behind.
