iPhone XR 2 Renders Reveal Dual Camera Design

According to the rumors, Apple could potentially announce the successor to the iPhone XR later this year where based on the reports, it has been suggested that it could sport a dual camera design. Now thanks to a series of renders and a video created by @OnLeaks for Pricebaba, we might have an idea of what to expect.

Based on these renders, it seems that Apple could very well continue the design language with the iPhone XR 2, where it will feature colorful options instead of the more sombre designs of the iPhone XS and XS Max. What’s interesting about these renders also suggests that in addition to the dual camera design, the iPhone XR 2 could actually sport a square camera setup on the back similar to the iPhone 11 that is scheduled to launch later this year.

We’re not sure how we feel about it yet, but at least it seems to be in line with previous renders. Other than that, it looks pretty much like what you would expect from an iPhone XR successor. It’s not surprising that Apple could be considering making more iPhone XR handsets. While devices like the iPhone SE or iPhone 5c (both of which were designed to be “cheaper” versions of the iPhone) didn’t exactly pan out, the iPhone XR seems to be enjoying quite a bit of success.

This is largely due to the fact that Apple’s newer iPhones being priced $1,000 and above, meaning that customers would much rather give up on certain features and save themselves a few hundred bucks in the process.
