Apple Confirms WWDC 2019 Dates

The annual Worldwide Developers’ Conference is where Apple makes its important software announcements for the year. The event takes place in the summer and it won’t be any different this year. Apple has confirmed the WWDC 2019 dates today. One can normally expect the company to unveil new versions of iOS, macOS, watchOS, and tvOS at the event.

“Write code. Blow minds,” is the official tagline for this year’s Worldwide Developers’ Conference. The graphic that Apple has shared also depicts a robot having its mind blown by all sorts of Apple software.

Many are excited to see what iOS 13 is going to bring to the table. It will be unveiled at WWDC 2019 and is expected to bring major user interface changes for the company’s iOS devices. Earlier rumors have suggested that Apple has been working on significant UI changes which it will introduce with this iteration.

Apple doesn’t really announce new hardware products at WWDC so it’s unclear if any will be on the agenda this year. There has been some talk about the modular Mac Pro and unveiling it in a room full of developers who are very keen about Apple’s products would seem to make perfect sense. Still, it’s not confirmed if the company will do that.

WWDC 2019 takes place June 3rd through June 7th. Apple also has another event coming up later this month on the 25th. That’s where the company is expected to unveil its TV streaming service.
