Crackdown 3 Multiplayer Test Starts February 7th On PC And Xbox

There has been a long wait for Crackdown 3 and the title is finally going to be released on February 15th. However, you won’t have to wait an additional week to see if the title is worth the wait. That’s because the Crackdown 3 multiplayer test begins tomorrow, February 7th, on PC and Xbox.

Microsoft has confirmed that a stress test is being launched for the game’s Wrecking Zone mode. The test goes live on February 7th at 3PM Eastern with installations being available at 12PM. The reason behind this test is to see just how well the servers hold up under pressure.

Players obviously won’t be able to get the full experience as they will be limited to a small part of the game. This test is more about obtaining feedback and collecting data from the test than it is to provide a proper preview of Crackdown 3. Players will be limited to the Agent Hunter mode on just one map. However, there will be two play sessions on February 7th while others are scheduled for the weekend.

Only Xbox Insiders on the console or PC will be able to participate in the test. That’s not a big pre-requisite as you only need to download the Xbox Insider Hub app and sign up to join the test in order to be eligible.
