Disney+ Will Launch On November 12 For $6.99 A Month

Given how big Disney has become, especially following their acquisition of Fox, we’re sure that many are anticipating the launch of Disney+, the company’s upcoming streaming service. The good news is that if you have been looking forward to the launch of the service, you’ll be pleased to learn that the service has been confirmed for a release on the 12th of November, 2019.

The company had previously stated that the service will be launching this year, but stopped short of mentioning when, at least until now. As for its pricing, it seems that Disney could be looking to give platforms like Netflix a run for their money where they will be pricing access to their streaming service at $6.99 a month or $69.99 a year.

When you consider that Netflix’s recent price increases haven’t exactly sat well with customers, it’s not hard to imagine that Disney+’s price point could be one of the more attractive features (along with its massive catalogue of Disney, Star Wars, and Marvel related content). Disney had also previously hinted that they would offer a discounted bundle if subscribers were to purchase it with ESPN+ and Hulu, but they did not mention how much such a bundle would cost.

Disney+ will be launching first in the US before they eventually expand it to other markets.
