This technique is today used by decorators and interior designers to clean and decorate a house.

I present to you here the 5 basic rules of home staging to showcase your interior:

1> CLEAR >>> Remove furniture and knick-knacks that make the space unreadable. Keep only the essential. The visitor must be able to see the volumes.

2> DE – > > > Remove the family photos and personal items, but also collections of all kinds ! The idea is to make a neutral space to allow buyers to project themselves. Attention also to the walls too marked, such as a red wall, or a wallpaper with a pattern imposing.

3> REPAIR >>> Repair cracks, baseboard poorly glued, bulb, bare, joints blackened… To seduce, a home must be maintained.

4> REDEVELOP >>> Clear windows to bring maximum light. Facilitate the movement by removing the spaces, offer a sense of space. Give each room a function to allow to read the different places.
