True Wireless Beats Headphones Could Be Launching This April

Last year Apple pretty much did nothing with its Beats brand of headphones. Apart from launching new color options, there were no new Beats products, but that could change next month because according to a report from CNET, Apple could actually launch a new set of Beats headphones next month.

The report claims that these Beats headphones will be the Beats version of the AirPods (whose second-gen models were recently launched) in the sense that they will be truly wireless. At the moment the closest thing we’ve got are the Powerbeats 3 which are wireless, but comes with a cable connecting the earbuds together.

The report claims that Apple could actually be planning a true wireless version of the Powerbeats 3, so if you do enjoy the sound signature and style of Beats headphones, then this could be something to look forward to. There is also a good chance that just like the AirPods 2, these Beats headphones could come with the new H1 chipset and also support for hands-free Siri.

Take it with a grain of salt for now, but Apple has been steadily releasing new products over the past week or so, with rumors that the AirPower wireless charging mat could be close behind.
